These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bestsuper ("bestsuper", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://bestsuper.cam and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

bestsuper operates as an online casino and sports betting platform designed exclusively for the Malaysian market. The Platform offers casino games, live casino tables, slot games, sports betting, and related gaming services to eligible registered players.

By creating a bestsuper account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account opened by you on the bestsuper Platform, through which you access gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account pursuant to a bestsuper promotional offer.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from your designated payment method into your Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by bestsuper prior to processing withdrawal requests or upon request at any time.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of all bestsuper accounts for Malaysian players.
• "Platform" means the bestsuper website at https://bestsuper.cam, including all sub-pages, gaming environments, and associated mobile interfaces.
• "Services" means all products, features, and functionality made available by bestsuper, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and customer support.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume required to be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x).
• "Withdrawal" means a request by you to transfer funds from your Account Balance to your designated payment method.

To register and maintain an active account on bestsuper, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. bestsuper strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 for all account holders. Registration, play, or any use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be the legal and rightful owner of the payment method(s) you use to deposit funds into your Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of any employee of bestsuper or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when using the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order from this or any other gambling platform, nor under any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from gambling.
• You must not have had a previous bestsuper account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the bestsuper Platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and forfeiture of all Account balances across all identified duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid and unique email address belonging to you;
• Your Malaysian mobile phone number;
• Your date of birth (you must be 21 or above);
• Your current residential address in Malaysia.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. bestsuper will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify bestsuper immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bestsuper operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards. Completion of KYC is required before any withdrawal may be processed.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include:

• A valid Malaysian identity document — MyKad, Driver's Licence, or International Passport (photo page);
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill (TNB, Syabas) or official bank statement dated within the preceding 3 months, bearing your full name and address;
• A live selfie or photograph of you holding your identity document;
• Source of funds documentation, where the total deposits or withdrawals of an account exceed certain thresholds.

bestsuper aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete and satisfactory document submission. Complex cases may require additional time. During the review period, your account may be placed in a restricted state where deposits and gameplay are permitted but withdrawals are held pending verification.

Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant Malaysian authorities.

6.1 Deposits. bestsuper accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt by bestsuper.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete prior to the first withdrawal;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method in your name;
• bestsuper does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.3 Processing Times. Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during periods of high volume or maintenance. bestsuper does not guarantee specific processing times.

6.4 Fees. bestsuper does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals in MYR. Cryptocurrency network fees (gas fees, miner fees) are the responsibility of the player. Where a payment provider charges a transaction fee, this may be passed on to the player and will be disclosed prior to the transaction being processed.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by bestsuper are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all bestsuper promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of between 15x and 20x (as specified per promotion) before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is RM30, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while using bonus funds will be voided and the bonus forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Slot games generally contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games contribute 10%. Video poker contributes 0% unless stated. The full contribution table is available in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within 7 to 30 days of the date of claim, as specified per promotion. Expired bonuses and any wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• Sticky Bonuses: Unless specifically stated as "cashable", all bonuses at bestsuper are sticky-type — the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn. Only net winnings derived from the use of bonus funds (after wagering is complete) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions carry a maximum withdrawable amount derived from bonus play. This cap will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while one is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.

bestsuper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any decision made by bestsuper regarding the application of bonus terms is final.

8.1 General. All bets placed on the bestsuper Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are offered on a broad range of domestic and international events, including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other sporting events. Odds are displayed in decimal format. bestsuper reserves the right to:

• Suspend or close any market at any time prior to an event commencing;
• Void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred;
• Limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, at any time, for any player;
• Cancel any bet that bestsuper reasonably believes was placed in furtherance of match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

8.3 Casino Games. All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software audited by independent testing bodies. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative averages over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee results for any individual gaming session.

8.4 Disputes. Any dispute regarding a bet, wager, or game outcome must be submitted to bestsuper's customer support team within 7 days of the relevant event. After this period, no dispute will be considered. The decision of bestsuper's management team on any betting dispute is final and binding.

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting);
• Using or attempting to use automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Exploiting any software bug, technical glitch, or pricing error that results in an abnormal gain;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live poker or other competitive games;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process proceeds of crime;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties, or allowing third parties to use your Account;
• Engaging in any chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith;
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at bestsuper staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the bestsuper Platform — including but not limited to the bestsuper name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of bestsuper or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use the bestsuper name, logo, or any other brand asset for any purpose without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform through automated means.

Any unauthorised use of bestsuper's intellectual property may give rise to legal action for damages and/or injunctive relief.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bestsuper shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused;
• Any loss arising from interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or events beyond bestsuper's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from decisions you make based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and game information.

Where bestsuper is found liable despite the above, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

bestsuper is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools and information they need to keep gambling a safe, enjoyable form of entertainment. The Platform is intended for players aged 21 and above only.

bestsuper makes the following responsible gambling tools available to all registered players through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — players may restrict the maximum amount they may lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders — players may configure automatic notifications after defined play durations (1, 2, or 4 hours).
• Self-Exclusion — players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period expires.

13.1 By bestsuper. bestsuper reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass or comply with KYC verification requirements;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Receiving a chargeback, payment reversal, or unresolved payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes rather than confirmed breach, bestsuper will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 days and will restore the account or communicate a final decision to the player within that period.

13.2 By the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bestsuper's customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. bestsuper does not charge a fee for voluntary account closure.

bestsuper reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, bestsuper will notify registered players via email and/or a notification within the Platform at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, unless the amendment is required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to arrange closure of your Account.

The version of the Terms in force at the time you place any bet or conduct any transaction on the Platform shall govern that transaction.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and bestsuper, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via bestsuper's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body designated by bestsuper, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bestsuper from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
